How do I purchase photographs?
It is as easy as clicking the [Buy] button on the screen of the photograph you would like to buy. An order form will appear where you should fill in the title and the size of the photograph of your choice. Then please fill out the rest of the form and add any questions if you wish to. Click the [Send] button and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the availability of the print, delivery time, the shipping cost and the simple procedure on how to make your payment (by credit card or bank transfer).

Can I order from anywhere in the world?
Yes, anyone anywhere in the world can place orders. After you place your order but before you make your payment you will be informed of the exact delivery cost. You can of course also check the approximate shipping cost under
shipping.

What happens after you place an order?
After you place an order, it will be send as soon as possible to a professional photo laboratory. This company uses the most advanced printing processes. Once your print is ready, it will be packed professionally for shipping.

How long does it take for the photograph to arrive after I ordered and paid?
This depends on to which country the photograph should be shipped and on your choice to have the print mounted or not. Mounting will add 48 hours to the print processing. Shipping should take from a day to around a week. After you ordered you will be contacted to advise you when you can expect your print.

How can I be sure of the quality of the prints?
We use one of the most advanced photographic printing labs in Spain to process all orders. Images have an exceptional standard of print quality. There is a 14-day money-back guarantee, so if you are not 100% happy, we will refund the price of the print, minus delivery costs.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including, American Express, MasterCard and Visa. In order to give you the maximum payment flexibility, we also accept bank transfers (wires). Please contact us for any further details.

Is it safe to purchase art online?
The credit card payments are processed by Paypal (www.paypal.com), one of the most trusted names in online credit card processing worldwide.

What if I wish to order offline?
You can order over the phone by calling us at +34-934538432. Offline orders can be paid through bank transfers. Please leave your clear order (title and size) and your contact number with your preferred times for being contacted. We will return your call as soon as possible.

How much does shipping cost?
It obviously all depends on the country where the photograph has to be shipped to. Please check out approximate prices under shipping. The exact price of the shipping will be given before you make your payment.

How are the photographs shipped?
We work very closely with leading worldwide shippers. The photographs, depending on the size, will either come in a flat package or in a tube.

How long does it take for photographs to arrive?
After you place your order, we will confirm its availability and the timing of shipment. Once the artwork is shipped it will normally arrive to your address within a matter of days.

Will my photograph arrive with a frame?
While framing or mounting is necessary for displaying a photograph, photographs with destinations outside Spain will arrive unframed. This will dramatically decrease your shipping costs and lets you select the framework of your choice. Of course, you can contact us for any framing or mounting questions. .

What if my photograph arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that the photograph arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can replace the damaged work.

Can I reproduce the image when I receive it?
No. Images may not be replicated, reproduced, modified, distributed or in any other way used without our express written permission.
